Our Story

Before PeopleFlow, our founders spent years working in HR departments across the Caribbean. They experienced firsthand the frustration of using HR software designed for North American or European markets - systems that did not understand Caribbean tax laws, NIS contributions, or local labor regulations.

In 2019, they decided to build something better. PeopleFlow was created from the ground up for Caribbean businesses, with pre-configured tax tables for Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Barbados, Guyana, and more. No more manual calculations, no more compliance headaches.

Today, PeopleFlow serves over 500 companies across the Caribbean and LATAM, managing payroll for more than 50,000 employees. We are proud to be the HR platform that Caribbean businesses trust.
